This is a searchable database of human chromosome 3. Searches may consist of a chromosome 3 STS name or a YAC name. STS searches generate the genetic position for the STS, primer sequences specifying the STS, YACs specific for the STS, and neighboring YACs on the chromosome. YAC searches generate size information as well as the STS specific for the YAC. In addition, every YAC or STS listed can trigger another YAC or STS search when you click on it.
